  I hired Mr. Stancati to represent me & defend me in a recent case - I expected him to do the normal consultation & discuss what my possible options were... But I was absolutely blown away by what the knowledge & expertise Of Mr. Stancati. I told him about my case - he not only listened, but he accompanied me to each and every hearing, meeting with people representing the other party and every one else! Mr. Stancati, pulled out ALL the stops - from filling motions in a timely manner, to his thorough knowledge of all grounds for dismissal & implementing that knowledge and filling motions for such. Unlike tons of other attorneys - where you go through a paralegal or the attorney's receptionist - I had direct access to Mr. Stancati 24 /7 - so no matter what time or what was going on - he was always available to answer questions, reassure you & come to your defense.   Mr. Joe Stancati is a great lawyer and handled both my criminal and harassment at work cases. He provided his services in helping me get false criminal charges dropped against me and dismissed.
