Getting a divorce is full of difficult, emotional decisions. Jessica and the team at at the McKeon Law Firm helped guide me through the hard decisions that come from a difficult divorce. Jessica was always on top what was happening in my case, always willing to talk through all of the details and adept at helping me remove the emotion from my decisions so that I could make good choices for me and my kids future. Jessica S. Kern represents clients in all aspects of Family Law with experience in Montgomery County, Frederick County, and Prince George’s County, among others. Ms. Kern handles cases involving contested and uncontested divorce, division of property, alimony and spousal support, child custody and visitation, and child support. Ms. Kern negotiates for her clients during mediations, both before and during litigation, to help clients reach Prenuptial Agreements, Marital Settlement Agreements, and Custody Agreements.
