I hired this lawyer for a personal injury that occurred at a grocery store. Once hired, she promised to fight for my case & my rights, but did neither of those things. She sat on my case for over 6 months, which allowed time for the grocery store to file bankruptcy, essentially dismissing my whole case. She then “gave up” on my case and told me there was nothing left to do. Unsatisfied with her decision, I reached out to another lawyer who looked further into the issue and is still working with me to earn my respected amount back. Furthermore, she never contacted me to update me on the civil process while hired. Unless I reached out to her, I had no updates on my case. I am not typically one to complain, but this lawyer works for money, not for what’s right.
