Because of their experience and knowledge, Jennifer and her staff were able to guide me step-by-step through the Citizenship application process with much patience and attention to detail. Jennifer always responded quickly to my many questions in an understanding way, and provided a calming effect when any snags in the process occurred. The staff at Virginia Immigration Law Center is experienced and capable of assisting clients through what, at times, can be a complicated process, ensuring a smooth resolution to any immigration situation. Ms.Dean helped me with my nebulization process and also in obtaining green card for my wife. She guided us through the entire process with a lot of attention to details. Ms.Dean displayed qualities of a patient 'law professional' with our endless questions and queries. Beside her expert knowledge on the subject, she treated us with respect and most importantly, just as members of her own family. This aspect was very important for us, as we felt helpless in a strange country, sometimes.
