Jeff is by far the most prominent attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately over the past couple of years I encountered some legal matters in an assault case and acquiring a dui while on a deferred sentence for the assault. I had already had another attorney who was telling me that I was going to lose my deferred sentence with a potential of having to do some jail time along with more consequences such as more probation and the assault being permanent on my record . With my life feeling like a complete mess I had consulted some outside counsel and met Jeff. Jeff was able to walk me and my family through this complex process and break down the entire case with great organization and confidence. He made me feel confident that we were going to fight hard and we were going to get the best outcome. When coming into court, Jeff was confident and was able to find some holes in the case and I was able to keep my deferred and have the case dismissed all in one hearing! I was very impressed with Jeff's professionalism and knowledge of the law. To be able to have the ability to come into my case so late in the process and to make it look so easy and run so smoothly was beyond impressive. I had already had another attorney who was telling me to prepare for jail time and more probation and Jeff was able to get my case dismissed it was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend Jeff to any friend or family member needing legal assistance in the State of Colorado. Jeff cares and he is simply the best at what he does.
Great at answering questions you need answered for your case. He was very helpful in looking over my case.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff when he served as an Adjunct Professor in George Washington University's Law Firm Management Master's Degree program. Jeff coached our cohort in the development of unique leadership and communication skills through storytelling exercises. These exercises pushed us out of our comfort zones but Jeff remained positive, encouraging, and constructive in his feedback. Jeff was a great asset to our classroom and brought valuable insights into leadership development.
Great attorney!! His knowledge, hard work, dedication, timely responses, and etc. makes him such a dependable and wonderful lawyer! He answers your questions in a way that makes you truly understand situations, issues and etc; and the way he walks you through certain issues/scenarios step by step makes your legal journey with him much less difficult. During my time at Feldmann I worked with Jeff and his Paralegal on various cases and I can say that he is an amazing attorney!
I cannot overstate what a great teacher and mentor Jeff is. As a legal intern, I worked under Jeff in his position as a criminal defense attorney at Feldmann, Nagel & Associates, LLC. I was both inspired and humbled by his intense commitment to his work, and by the respect and kindness that he shared with everyone at the firm. Jeff continues to be an incredible resource, and I feel extremely lucky to have worked with him.
I got to work with Jeff during Leadership Residency at the GWU Law Management Graduate Program. He has great insights in being able to relate theoretical concepts presented during the class to the practical application in the business of law. This was particularly demonstrated during his critique of the storytelling presentations the cohort delivered during the residency. He has provided all of us with insightful constructive criticism and highlighted the areas for development and improvement. Being an alumni of the program, he contributed a unique perspective that will be beneficial to the group in its future endeavors. I'm looking forward to working with Jeff in his new capacity.
Recently, Jeff critiqued our graduate class on storytelling. I think we were all pleasantly surprised by Jeff's observations about our stories and our approaches to presenting. Jeff has an excellent read on the characteristics that make each of us genuine as individuals. His approach to constructive criticism promotes trust and confidence that hardly exists in the common workplace. It was clear to me that Jeff has a gift for bringing his listeners in and building instant rapport.
Jeff is an incredible asset and has the ability to expertly apply his vast technical and bioethics knowledge with the law. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Jeff and found his expertise in business contracts and technology end user agreements invaluable. Jeff is an innovator, his motivation along with ability to incorporate business intelligence with his strategic & tactical thinking has been inspiring. I am delighted to provide my highest professional recommendation and look forward to working with Jeff in the future.
Jeff's knowledge of corporate structure and interpersonal dynamics was crucial to the success of our non-profit's board retreat. He mediated and led the planning sessions throughout the day with wisdom, tact, and punctuality. We could not have accomplished what we did without his input.
Jeffery was a great mentor to me during my time at Feldmann, Nagel, LLC. Jeffery was a managing partner and the practice group leader of the criminal defense and wildlife practice group, within which I practice. Jeffery is incredibly organized, and always did a great job of overseeing each of the cases within the practice group. He always ensured cases were progressing appropriately, and clients' needs were met. Jeffery was also very responsive to any questions attorneys within his practice group had, and overall he taught me a great deal about practicing criminal defense in the state of Colorado both in and out of court.
Jeffery was a fantastic mentor and manager during my time at Feldmann Nagel, LLC.
