Jeff Wolfe is a business attorney in the Winston-Salem office of the Forrest Firm, P.C. His practice areas cover the entire lifecycle of for profit and non-profit entities, including formation, financing, day-to-day contracts, and exits. His transactional background includes deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings. Mr. Wolfe has advised companies at every size and stage of the business life cycle, from early-stage startups to large public companies. Prior to joining the Forrest Firm, Mr. Wolfe served the corporate clients of Smith, Anderson, Blount, Dorsett, Mitchell & Jernigan.
In addition to providing legal services, Mr. Wolfe also enjoys mentoring and coaching business leaders. Mr Wolfe has served as a mentor for Creative Startups, a coach for Triad Startup Weekend, and provides one-on-one mentoring as a counselor with the Forsyth Tech Small Business Center. Since 2015, he has also served on the Board of Directors for JusticeMatters, a non-profit that provides empowering legal services that protect children and help survivors of human trafficking and other traumas rebuild their lives.
Mr. Wolfe earned his law degree in 2008 from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he served as executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. In 2005, Mr. Wolfe graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics.
Mr. Wolfe has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017 and has been admitted to the North Carolina Bar since 2008.
