Jason Lazarus is a partner at Pankauski Hauser PLLC in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Lazarus has been a practicing attorney for 20 years. Before joining Pankauski Hauser PLLC, Mr. Lazarus was a partner in Holland & Knight’s West Palm Beach office, where he practiced for 17 years. During that time, Mr. Lazarus handled a wide array of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business torts, real estate litigation, non-compete litigation, pursuit of pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies on behalf of financial institutions and other creditors, partnership and shareholder disputes, life insurance coverage disputes and healthcare litigation.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Lazarus served as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville, Florida for several years. During that time, he investigated and prosecuted a variety of cases in the Felony and Special Assault Divisions. He also tried over 30 jury trials and dozens of non-jury trials.
