Ms. Dawson is a wonderful, patient listener and a thorough attorney. After 2 years of dealing with SSA denials on my own, my nerves were frayed and my wits frazzled. Other attorneys saw my case as problematic because I had received unemployment benefits for a time and would not take me on as a client. Jamie Dawson was a beacon of hope at our first meeting and her positivity calmed my nerves, brought me out of my despair and gave me the confidence to let her handle what had become overwhelming for me. She never made me feel like a cry-baby (which I was) or allowed me to be anything other than hopeful. She navigated through my case, including the unemployment benefit issue, reassuring and encouraging me every step of the way. During a meeting days before my hearing, Ms. Dawson gave me such a complete overview of what to expect that I wasn't overcome with anxiety as I waited the day of the hearing. She told me "just breathe" and made sure that I had my composure throughout the parts of the hearing which required me to speak. Even when a monkey wrench was thrown in she was not caught off-guard and immediately resolved the issue which concluded with a fully-favorable decision being made on my behalf! I am forever grateful to Ms. Jamie Dawson and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking dedicated representation and peace of mind through the SSA or personal injury process. I wish I had reached out to her sooner!
