JAMES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN REPRESENTING ME. HE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE JAMES REPRESENT ME AGAIN IF NEEDED.

About

An associate of the Truck Wreck Justice team, James Banks became an attorney so he could deliver a different kind of personal injury representation. His approach is based on understanding each client as a whole person and tailoring every legal strategy to their unique needs.
Mr. Banks earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2009 and shortly thereafter became a personal injury attorney, working first for the Law Offices of Vonda M. Sargent before moving on to positions at Bishop Legal and Bernard Law Group, all of which are based in or around Seattle.
In 2017, Mr. Banks founded Banks Law Office in Bellevue, Washington, so he could further focus on delivering his unique, holistic brand of personal injury representation to clients. Using his detail-oriented and client-focused approach, he has been able to achieve numerous noteworthy verdicts and settlements for his clients.
In addition to his daily work at his own firm and with the Truck Wreck Justice team, Mr. Banks donates his time and expertise as a volunteer for the King County Volunteer Legal Clinic. He also served as the volunteer co-chair of the Washington State Bar Association’s Trial Advocacy Program in 2013.
