Her and I had a case that seemed very cut and dry but as it went a long, it was more complicated than we thought. Jaime was very good at handling this adversity. Her staff did a great job of keeping me informed of what was going on in the case and what steps were next. My case was settled to my satisfaction. I highly recommend!

I had a pre-nup so didn't think I would need much help, but after consulting Jaime I felt so confident in her ability to take the wheel that I hired her to carry out the divorce, acting as intermediary between my ex and me. It was a great relief to turn it over to her and her capable staff who did an excellent job with the professional legal aspects while helping me with the emotional burden of the process. I have great confidence in this team and would recommend them all without reservation!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, and tell you about my background and experience.
I am a native of Tampa, Florida. I earned an Accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1998 and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 2001.
My career started out working for a multi-state large firm where I practiced commercial and civil litigation. I learned valuable litigation skills that have helped me and my clients in my family law practice. I transitioned into family law and out of commercial and civil litigation because I wanted to help individuals, families, and children.
My law firm, Koch & Hoffman, P.A., specializes in representing individuals in all aspects of marital and family law including: divorce, child custody matters, child support, determinations of paternity, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and post-divorce modification and enforcement actions.
At Koch & Hoffman, P.A. we are experienced in the resolution of complex family law matters including high conflict dissolutions, contested custody disputes and relocation cases, determinations of financial obligations such as alimony, child support and the valuation of assets including businesses.
