✅ Accurate profile (3 sources)
I hired this lawyer to help me with the legal process of obtaining US Citizenship for myself and my family. I was very satisfied with her services.
Ms Lentini has an excellent knowledge of the immigration process, and she can convey it clearly for the non-specialist. She has handled my process very smoothly. It took about two years between starting the process and receiving the notice for permanent residency (as an applicant in the expert category from a country that doesn't have a lot of applicants). Ms Lentini and her team are very reactive on emails, phone calls, etc. It's been a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her for immigration-related matters.
I have known Jacqueline Lentini McCullough since 2006 beginning with our time at the Law Offices A.E. Gustafsson, P.C. Jacki is an outstanding business immigration attorney and is highly proficient in complex matters involving H-1B, L-1, and Labor Certifications. Additionally, she is a great mentor for others in the field and continues to be an influential colleague in the industry. Her professionalism with peers and dedication to clients are exemplary. I endorse and highly recommend her.
I first got in contact with Jacqueline when using the Law Offices A.E. Gustafsson, where she handled a lot of my case work for my L-1B visa renewals. She did a great job at handling these applications for me, as well as quickly resolving a mistake the INS made when processing one of them. My experience with her work was very positive. She handled any issues very dilligently and was very swift and thorough in her work and communication with me as a client. I would recommend her work, and I would definitely use her again.
Jacki was our immigration attorney processing my employment authorization. She was always dependable, consistent, kind, and successful. Her knowledge of immigration issues is outstanding. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing an immigration attorney.
Jacqueline Lentini McCullough served as a member of our Corporate Immigration Lawyer's team while I was employed at TRUMPF Inc. I have known Jacki for 5 years, and owe a lot of what I learned about work authorization and student training Visas to her. She is very well-versed in this subject matter and always explained the Visa process to me in a manner which was easy to comprehend. Immigration law is very complex, but I enjoyed learning while being mentored by Jacki.
I worked with Jacki over the course of three years in my role as Director of Human Resources at Proactive Worldwide, Inc. She was brilliant at helping our organization successfully secure employment authorizations for multiple foreign nationals. In each instance we received excellent service and prompt responses to all questions and concerns. She provided suggestions and detailed timelines of the immigration process from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable with regard to the legal and business implications associated with the employment authorization process. Jacki is a dedicated professional and she exudes highest commitment to ethical standards. I would recommend her as a strong business partner for any organization.
Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance handling my visa the past two years, I'm grateful to you!
