  H.T. is a technically astute, savvy and ethical tax lawyer. I am a Enrolled Agent (tax preparer certified by the IRS). In one matter for a mutual client (where we were both retained at the same time to replace the previous tax advisor), H.T. was able to convince the IRS agent to reduce a very large (six figure) tax adjustment by a substantial amount. He did this by quickly establishing credibility with the IRS agent, coming up with innovative arguments and clearly presenting very confusing facts.
