Gwen is a consistent voice of direction, support, and legal counsel. each time I meet with her I feel my business has moved a huge step forward. Not only is my business secure legally, it also has a trusted advisor in Gwen that gives me a new confidence to grow and take on new challenges.

We operate an investment fund and incubator for startups. Most law firms avoid early stage companies completely. But over a 30 day period, Gwen helped 3 of our startup companies address the full range of what could have been life threatening issues: governance structure, intellectual property ownership, contract negotiation, investor dispute, operating agreement. They came to our offices, made every deadline, and spoke in a language that startup CEOs could actually understand. More importantly, she framed the situation in a way that the owner clearly understood the risks and made the decision for the firm. The company founders understood right up front what the costs would be and all felt they got excellent value. Gwen understands the startup world and quickly established a rapport with our group which helped us move quickly. We consider her not as "the lawyer", but a key member of the team. As and the principal in the firm, I felt totally in the loop and informed at every stage with each company. Strongly recommend her and her team.

Gwen has been a big giver to the Jacksonville community as founder of the Jacksonville Women's Business Center and Grow Jax. Previously, I read she was ranked in the top 1% of attorneys in Florida. Gwen's versatility and many accomplishments are shown by her Linkedin profile. She is a good Board chair, and strategic thinker. The Jacksonville community will continue to benefit from her contributions.

Gwen is an excellent attorney with a very relationship based group of clients. They look to her as part of their "advisory board" and she doesn't hesitate to share her honest feelings with clients regarding their business. I have not used Gwen yet, but have had the wonderful opportunity to meet some of her clients who have very glowing reports about her.

I have represented business owners and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth and transition, and held various C-Suite level positions in Law, Administration and Strategy.
