Gil Carey is an attorney and certified public accountant who practices in the areas of Taxation, Business Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Carey is an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. He previously served as an Administrative Law Attorney with the 412th Theater Engineer Command in Vicksburg, MS and as the Chief Trial Counsel for the 411th Engineer Brigade during the unit’s deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. As Chief Trial Counsel, Mr. Carey was responsible for the administration of Military Justice within the Brigade, to include the prosecution of all courts-martial and administrative hearings, and provided guidance to Commanders within the Brigade on the Rules of Engagement and the Law of Armed Conflict. Previously, Mr. Carey was Company Commander of the Headquarters Company, 411th Engineer Brigade.
