We communicated for months, he was willing to legally aid us. Came back to Spain for work. Kept communications with him, since we needed to send documents, then he desapeard. Only 2 weeks before our window closes to place the lawsuit since the statute of limitations runs out. What ever the reason is no excuse. Big no on this fella
