  Just like there are millions of lawyers out there, I find there are only a handful of great lawyers. Finding Moghul Law has been a genuine blessing. I ran into them by way of my client whom they helped in a real estate transaction in VA. ML pressured a title attorney with their know how and forced a settlement to go through despite there being a lien on the property. As a real estate agent I had never seen anyone get away with that scenario. After that day i made sure to keep their information handy. The following year my mothers coop in DC needed their representation against vultures who where trying to trick seniors into signing away their property rights. Terry and Faisal immediately got on it. They knew the facts of the case and the law to go along with it to the point where the other side's attorney resigned from the case ! They are very prompt with communicating, staff is always helpful and genuinely nice. I recommend that if you need legal help to Faisal in your corner !

  I had a large judgment levied against me on a Friday, two days before going out of town for a week. The next day (Saturday), I contacted 20 attorneys through Avvo. Within two hours I got an email from Mr. Moghul indicating his willingness to help me. I called him as he instructed, and was able to talk with him the same day. The fact that I was leaving to go out of town did not bother him, I emailed him the important legal documents, and we talked on Sunday after he had a chance to look over my documents. He felt we had a good chance of winning in an appeal. He worked tirelessly with me by phone, text, and email to help me get the appeal bond in the exact format required by the court. Nine days after our initial contact, we finally met in person, who asked me to use his nickname "Fez". I only heard from other attorneys throughout the week, two or more days after first hearing from Mr. Moghul. Faisal is a very positive, responsive, available, energetic individual who is tireless in his efforts to keep this complicated case moving forward. His rates are very reasonable, and flexible for someone who is out of work or on a limited income. I feel very confident in Mr. Moghul, and I don't believe I could have found a better lawyer at two- or three-times the rate I am paying him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the services he can provide.
