Milwaukee attorney Evan Schmit of Kerkman Wagner and Dunn represented me in a complex chapter 11 bankruptcy. He laid out a clear, affordable strategy for recovering the majority of my investment. Attorney Schmit is a very capable attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves involved with any ongoing bankruptcy litigation.

My experience With Mr.Schmidt was very impressive.From the very beginning of my encounter he appeared to be professional, with a relaxed approach to handling my case. This inturn allowed me to develop a trusting relationship with him & his law firm he works with.Many times during the process I would get discouraged (due to the fact I had never in the past had to deal with consumer issues,where I would possiblly have to go to court). He often times assured me that my rights had been violated and informed me with "both sides of the coin" what would/ could possibly be positive or negative outcomes. Overall Mr.scmidt appeared to be knowledgeable, honest and realistic throughout the duration of my case. I am grateful that he accepted my case to represent,

I focus primarily on commercial litigation, including contract law, employment law, and proceedings within chapter 11 bankruptcy.
I view the relationships as the best part of my job. Whether I am dealing with a personal or business matter, there is someone who needs my help. My goal is to assist the client in obtaining the best possible result so that they can move forward.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife and I are blessed with two little boys. If there is time left in the day, I enjoy golf, fishing, and all things baseball.
