“I came to Rice, Amundsen & Caperton, PLLC for my divorce last year. Mr. Rice is a very nice man. He is knowledgable and loves helping people. Erin spent a long time discussing my situation with me and helped me to understand. They worked closely with me to help me understand everything that was going on in my case and were readily available to answer any questions that I had. I really appreciate all their hard work and I would highly recommend Rice Law to anyone looking for legal advice!” -
While I do not recommend getting into litigation against Ms. O'dea, I do recommend having her on your legal team if you are in a domestic dispute of any kind. She asserts her client's position in a well-reasoned thoughtful way in settlement discussions, but is not afraid to get into a legal battle if that serves her client's best interest. There are few attorneys I have had the pleasure of litigating against that are as prepared as she is when she enters the court. She is zealous and driven in her quest to get the best outcome for her clients and it is something I personally admire about her. Having been mentored by the Rice men, I can guarantee she will always be prepared and ready for any scenario that may play out in court. If I ever get married --- and then need a divorce, this is the attorney I would hire to represent me.
