Eric Larsen is a great attorney and a great person overall. I was facing years in jail and he earn me probation and also a diversion plan, which is really hard to come by. He is also reasonable with fees which was my man focus because I didn't have much to work with. HAND DOWN THE BEST ATTORNEY I EVER HAD AND KNOW!!! Cant thank him enough, I now have a second chance.
On concluding my Nashville court appearance, prompted by a Class B Misdemeanor arrest, I can at last rest easy, thanks to legal efforts of Attorney Eric Larsen. Immediately following my citation, I met with Lawyer Larsen. During that meeting and subsequent sessions, he was attentive, honest and up-front in reaction to my situation, carefully explaining the potential outcome of each possible legal course open to me. Although my decision didn’t make the case easier for him to pursue, he respected my choice and took that extra step to obtain the best satisfactory outcome as a result of that request. From the day you receive that summons, it's a lonely existence out there. After I put myself in his capable hands, I felt less uncomfortable and more confident; therefore, it is without hesitation that I recommend Eric Larsen’s services - and reasonable rates - to anyone facing a similar dilemma in criminal court.
Really good attorney with great skills. Super nice guy who also gets things done.
There are people who cross your path in life for a time - and those people you will never forget. There are also those people who it seems are crossing your path, only to later learn that you each joined each other's path in this journey called life - and those people you cannot forget, because your paths become one in many ways. Eric Larsen is such a person for me. Two adults beginning law school, each with successful careers and wives with the same names (pronunciated anyways), each with the same number of children, and each with burning desires to not only become lawyers, but to remain the type of people who do not forget where they came from. We both have heartfelt beliefs in achieving success - which means in our careers, our relationships with other people, and most importantly with strong family units that flourish because we strive for success and balance in all aspects of our lives. Eric Larsen is an intelligent man, a successful lawyer aspiring to become better, a zealous advocate, a creative thinker, a man of integrity, a person who has his life priorities in exemplary order, and to me - a best friend. Whether you are looking to hire Eric as your lawyer, or you seek to have him work as your employee, or you have questions about him in general as a person, I will state loudly and clearly that he is a man with attributes that most people should aspire to have, a proven success - somebody whom you can never go wrong with, and a person you can trust. If Eric Larsen is a part of your life, whether personally or via a business relationship only, count yourself as blessed and fortunate.
I am a former parole/probation agent with the Michigan Department of Corrections. After spending 12 years with the MDOC I made the decision to return to school to pursue a law degree. I graduated, cum laude, from the Thomas M Cooley Law School and joined the Midland, Michigan firm of Cline Close Dyer PLC. At CCD I successfully represented clients in the areas of family law, general civil litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and criminal defense. In 2012, my wife and I relocated our family to the Nashville area. Since that time, I have represented many clients in the areas of criminal defense and general civil litigation matters.
My philosophy towards my client representation is simple. I treat all clients with the same respect and dignity that I would want. I believe in keeping my clients well informed at all stages of their case and my mission is to achieve the absolute best results.
I've worked hard to foster professional relationships with the local prosecutors and my reputation as an honest and reasonable lawyer often helps me resolve client’s cases early on and to the benefit of my clients. I've also successfully tried cases to a jury from Especially Aggravated Kidnapping (class A Felony) to Public Intoxication (class C Misdemeanor). If we can't get the result we want through negotiation, I’ll gladly step into the ring to fight the State. The courtroom IS my comfort zone.
