We worked with Elliot on a RE deal we had closed in the tri-state area. We worked with foreign investors who were looking to utilize the EB5 program. Elliot helped complete the transaction and was able to take care of all aspects of the closing. Our investors were very pleased with us since we had such professional individuals on our team. Elliot A. Rahimi is an associate at Gavlin & Associates, P.C. Mr. Rahimi has extensive experience in assisting clients in a wide variety of immigration, real estate, and litigation matters. On a regular basis, he represents individuals before Immigration Courts and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), fighting tenaciously to obtain immigration relief and legal status for his clients. Mr. Rahimi has a very high rate of success in obtaining grants of appeals, motions to reopen proceedings, and motions to reconsider before the Board of Immigration Appeals and numerous Federal Appellate Circuit Courts; providing clients an opportunity for immigration relief beyond their merits hearings or immigration interview. Mr. Rahimi’s wide ranging and extensive immigration law experience also includes transactional matters such as H1-B, L-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, O-1, U-visas, S-visas, and family based petitions.
