I retained Elizabeth for general corporate matters for two closely held related companies, to act as corporate counsel and provide guidance to the corporations as to our responsibilities, both as to third parties and shareholders. She has been responsive to our questions and has always promptly responded. There are disagreements as between the shareholders, so we require clear and accurate legal advice, as well as guidance as to ensuring that the officers and directors are acting appropriately. Elizabeth has provided that guidance.
