I had a rental property that someone wanted to buy without a realtor or their own attorney. The buyers didn't speak English, but had a family member who could. I looked at getting forms online, or from FSBO, and said "forget it"....complicated and too many possibilities for errors. I went to Davis Law and they put together a contract and ran the sale right up to the closing table. No stress, no mess, and most important: peace of mind that it was done right and nothing would come back to haunt me. Thanks Jake, Jacob & Sharon for doing a great job! I definitely recommend Davis Law for anything you need!
