I hired Diana Fredericks as the attorney for my divorce after seeing dozens of positive comments about her on Facebook. It's difficult to find divorce attorneys that specialize in collaborative divorce, yet can be aggressive if need be. I tend to be a non-aggressive person, and was very naive in many ways throughout my divorce, whereas my husband at the time was exactly the opposite. Diana made sure my voice was heard and that I received what I was entitled to throughout the process. At the conclusion of my divorce, my husband admitted to me that although he had the utmost respect for his attorney, he felt I definitely hired the better attorney. Diana is the best.

Diana was very organized, knew what to ask and what to say, and was highly effective communicating with other lawyer and all parties involved. She produced a plan, explained the plan, adjusted the plan when needed, and helped me achieve a fair divorce at the lowest cost possible. Two other lawyers just wasted my time and money.

Diana does an excellent job dealing with very emotional clients who need strong legal advice. She is very intelligent and very responsive in addressing matters. Her written work is excellent and she works well with colleagues to resolve high conflict cases. I highly recommend her as a matrimonial attorney.

I am a family law attorney in Clinton, New Jersey where I am a partner at Gebhardt & Kiefer. I am a Certified Matrimonial Attorney.
In addition to practicing law, I devote a lot of time to additional community activities.
