  The key asset of Network functionality is reliability and dependability. Behind each Network are individuals who assure those key functional performance aspects. Derek Long is one of those individuals. During his tenure, Derek demonstrated a consistent capability to assure those who used our Network that our operations would be accessible.   Derek was a very detail oriented individual that was tasked with a major responsibility (ensuring our cashflow came in) even throughout all the automation out there problems will always arise. Derek knew what to do in those type of situations always. This was in addition to his other tasks of supervising a call center during peak times.
