He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2012 and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2016. He is licensed to practice in the state of Florida as well as in the U.S. Southern District of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
David is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves on various committees in the Latin American and Caribbean Chapter, South Florida Chapter, and National organization.
