  David is an outstanding medical malpractice trial attorney. I had the absolute pleasure of watching him cross-examine noted pathologist Charles Wetli, MD in a wrongful death case where Wetli opined that our client died of a suicide and not an accidental overdose of opiates recklessly prescribed by the defendant doctor. The "blame the victim defense" didn't work as the jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff's estate. Not only is David a highly skilled trial attorney he is a consummate professional and a gentleman.

  David represented my dad who was the victim of a medical malpractice at an area hospital. He suffered many years from the horrific care he had in the hospital. He walked into the hospital with a minor problem and he ended up on life support for a long time. His life was never the same and died so unfortunately.
