  Mr. Deemer represented me when I purchased a coop apartment out of bankruptcy. It was a very complicated transaction and Mr. Deemed proved competent in contract law, real estate law and bankruptcy law as it pertained to this transaction. He was always available and responded promptly to emergencies and difficulties as they arose. He worked nights and weekends and was willing to deal with the most difficult problems and personalities.
