✅ Accurate profile (3 sources)
I had a meeting with Lawer David Gottfried regarding a emigration case. He was honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is seeking legal consultation on immigration. Thank you David.
From the very start David demonstrated professionalism and knowledge of the immigration law. My family were his first clients with Polish heritage and with what we can call a complicated "mess" of a case that was mismanaged by two other "immigration" lawyers who have asked for a lot of money with very few (we can even say no) positive results. But you know once you provide the lawyer with a payment you try to stick with them in hope that they will actually do what you paid them for. Well our mistake was not finding David sooner. From the very first counsel meeting David provided us with realistic and detailed information on what our options were at the time in order for my family members to receive their green cards. David was not afraid of the challenge that our case presented. He was sure of his knowledge in the immigration law so the fact that he has not yet worked with clients from Poland did not trouble him at all. In just 15 minutes of the first meeting he provided us with comfort and hope that we can still clean this mess up. He was on point with checking and double checking all immigration law aspects that were related to and which could assist with my family's case. He made sure to explain the whole process to us so that we would fully understand it. All of his predictions regarding waiting time and process results were correct. At the very start David explained to us the cost of his service and any additional payments we may have to provide for application fees etc (depending on our choice of action), and throughout the entire collaboration with him he has not asked us for any additional service fees (I know this may be shocking as some lawyers seem to charge extra $500 for every conversation you have with them well that's not the case with David.). David sets everything clear at the start of the process and holds his word to it. David's communication skills are impeccable and he has no fear of questions. At the start of our collaboration we emailed him with "essays" of questions that many lawyers would probably ignore thinking that we are questioning their knowledge or would just give us a general answer for all of them. But David took the time to answer each of our questions individually which really helped us understand the immigration process and also reassured us of his competence and good character. Throughout the 8 months of our communication David was ALWAYS very prompt with answering our emails and providing us with the most recent updates in my family's case. When working with David we felt that we were a team. We knew that we could count on him with answering any question and helping us to resolve any new obstacle that came our way in this long process. He went beyond of what we could ever expect from a lawyer to help us. My family is very grateful to you David. Thank you again for all your help! To all of you who took the time to read this comment; my family's immigration problems are now resolved thanks to David's help. If you find yourself in a situation with immigration problems I strongly advice you to seek David's counsel and see for yourself what he can do for you. Best of luck! Jeżeli poszukujecie odpowiedzialnego prawnika z pewna znajomością Amerykańskiego prawa emigracyjnego to David jest osoba której szukacie. Powodzenia! - P.K.
