I originally had tried to file a family court case on my own and realized I needed help and consulted with David. David took on my family court case that in the past I had been told that my case was complicated and not the kind of case that they normally deal with. David took on my case, treated it as if It were his only case, and also made sure that the best case was presented. His actions resulted in a positive outcome in my case. I would highly recommend.

I unfortunately had some circumstances which led me to need a criminal defense attorney, the case was pretty drawn out with specific stipulations needed to be completed then reviewed resulting in a few years, when this all first started happening my mom heard from a friend that David was very good. I hired him for my case and my expectations were not only met but exceeded them as well. Every encounter I had with He was always empathetic, and replied fast and really broke everything down for me in a way that i understood, almost every time I went to court he was always early and would talk to me and reassure me beforehand I never had to worry about what was going to happen he always told me the game plan ahead of time, and most of the time I didn’t even have to go in front of the judge, because he was so on top of everything and good at what he does, that he was able to solve the issue at hand without having to do so. I highly recommend David Tencza he is incredibly smart, amazing at what he does, empathetic and helpful to your personal situation and has the ability to make you feel at ease even going thru a stressful situation, I am incredibly grateful for everything he has done for me.

I've dedicated my professional life to helping people through difficult times.
I spent nine years as a Superior Court prosecutor working with victims of crime to help them get through the criminal justice system. I was also fortunate to be a member of the county Drug Court program that offered defendants a chance to rehabilitate themselves in the community rather than serve a prison sentence. I handled each case with an understanding that every person has their own individual struggles and challenges to overcome. I learned that you need to listen to people in order to be able to help them.
I bring this same understanding to help clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in the areas of criminal defense of violation level, misdemeanor and felony level offenses, including DWI/DUI, as well as family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support and alimony issues.
