Danielle was a 2L candidate for the Energy Law Journal during my service as a 3L Notes & Comments Editor. Danielle, while not a candidate under my direct supervision, was so dedicated to producing a paper of publishable quality that she sought my advice in addition to her editor's. Impressed with her initiative, I was happy to assist any any way I could. We discussed ways to improve her paper and worked together to implement the changes. Ultimately, Danielle did such fine work during her candidacy that she earned the position as Executive Notes & Comments Editor with our journal. As Danielle is a hard-working and intelligent student, I am confident she will apply the same dedication to her career as an attorney.

About

Danielle received her J.D. with Highest Honor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, with a certificate in Comparative and International Law, and was admitted to practice in both Colorado and Oklahoma, as well as several Federal jurisdictions, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Danielle has also been certified in Family Law Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Danielle has worked in the legal field since 2004 and has had broad experience with high-level, complex, litigation in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and general civil litigation, but now concentrates exclusively on family law. Her practice encompasses all areas of family law, including high-conflict divorce, relocation, and allocation of parental responsibilities. Danielle also provides high quality services to current and future Clients seeking marital agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial contracts.
Danielle recognizes that her clients come from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures and provides them with individualized representation. She is passionate about advocacy for children, and has volunteered with several charities focused on mental health, victim advocacy, and domestic violence.
