Dan Smith and Ken McKenna are the type of guys you want on your team. Not only do they do a great job but these two guys both have the biggest hearts and compassion for what they do and for their clients. Their concern for your well-being is ultimately their top priority. Their kindness to my wife and I was immeasurable every step of the way. From start to finish, I knew we were always in good hands with TRULY GOOD PEOPLE. I myself work on a “Word Of Mouth” basis and these guys are truly your word of mouth lawyers who know their business like the back of their hand. At no point did I ever feel like we were working with lawyers, just more of a feeling of working with friends. I wish Dan and Ken much happiness and success in their future! Thank you again, Bryan

Prior to my injury, I did not know Dan Smith. After my injury I was introduced to him by a mutual friend. Over the course of my case Dan took a personal approach to helping me out and I got to know him on a friend level. This was important to me because I felt he was looking to help me not as just another client, but a friend. He was tentative, detailed, and extremely tactful and did a great job for me. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend him to a family member or friend. Stand up guy with stellar values and a drive to get things done and he does a great job of explaining the process.

Daniel E. Smith II is an attorney in the firm, whose practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, brian injury claims, serious car accidents and litigation cases. Mr. Smith was born in Chicago, Illinois to a middle class family. His father worked in the factory industry and his mother was in the service industry. Mr. Smith's passion for justice started at an early age. Even as a child, he was known for protecting people and standing up for what is right. His interest in law grew naturally out of this fierce integrity, even having aspirations to become a police officer at one point.
