My husband and I needed a will and turned to Krause Donovan for their help after the firm had invited us to a "what is estate planning all" about dinner/meeting. Having a will was something we knew we needed, but kept putting it off. Krause Donovan was wonderful...they asked all the right questions, were patient with our back and forth, and everything was wrapped up successfully. We are relieved that there is a plan in place. That gives us peace of mind.

Dan and his office staff helped my wife and I put our entire estate in order by provided a living will, trust and POA. He is very friendly and knowlegeable about estate law. Krause Law Offices was miticulious about keeping our records in order and answered any questions we had along the way. His services also include a periodic review of our will and trust.

About

I have been practicing estate planning law since 1999. I protect legacies through estate planning. I also help my clients through trust administration and probate procedures.
I am a retired Army Major and JAG Officer and I am a board-certified Estate Planning Law Specialist; certified by The Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc., the sole American Bar Association accredited organization to bestow this distinction.
I have lectured on estate planning law throughout the years for classes of civilian and military attorneys and CPAs. I have also contributed content and drafting expertise to four major drafting library packages used by attorneys nationally.
I attended law school on scholarship at NYU Law, graduating in 1999. I also received an M.A. in Philosophy from NYU that year. I have been a US Army Medic and a Peace Corps Volunteer (Kenya).
I live in Oregon, Wisconsin, with my family.
