Practice area: Immigration, Family, Chapter 7 bankruptcy
I went to this lawyer in St. Paul, MN and I from day 1 its been nothing but frustration. First, he never notified us that he sent our petition well, thats minor until 3 years down the line when USCIS sent us RFE because he sent in an unsigned affidavit and thats only because we updated our address. Second, when USCIS sent him interview notice he failed to notify us again and guess what? he was in Wisconsin. We failed to appear for interview and our petition was denied. When we asked him why that happen, he "scoffed" at us and said what did we expect. He has license to practice elsewhere and he is never available to answer calls and emails are never replied. I should have went to full immigration law firm instead of him. Quite a disaster had I not represented myself to win against USCIS. Lastly, he has a backdoor in his office and seems to be slippery whenever you have questions to ask him in person.

I've been lucky to be able to do what I love: meeting people all over the world and helping them with immigration. When I'm not doing that, I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, politics, and travel. I'm fortunate to live in a place that has an abundance of great restaurants, lakes, and travel destinations. Whether it's bringing a family member here or working toward naturalization, I can help.
