Mr. Denoble provided free consultation for my case. I found him very friendly and professional. He was patient listening to my concerns and taking the time to think and search about the case and doing his best to provide the best advice! Thank you very much!
Something I've deeply admired about Damjan from the moment we first exchanged emails was his keen global outlook and internationalist perspective. It's not always you find that level of "macro" focus -- not to mention combining all these several talents in the single human being -- at *this* early stage in a legal career. But Damjan seems to have locked onto his target, fixing it with his taut professional grip, most definitely on his decisive way up the ladder. I've been secretly admiring this climb from a distance, and as the months pass -- and it's been a few since we last brainstormed -- Damjan's been notching more and more personal/professional accolades to his widening wall. From what I can gather, he's placed himself within striking distance of becoming one of the more recognized healthcare bloggers in the space, and by this time next year expect to see even more good things considering the full-court press treatment Damjan's been giving the matter. All in all, very exciting stuff. The legal profession is lucky to have him.
As an avid follower of and one-time contributor/interviewee for Asia Health Care Blog, it has been a great pleasure to witness the growth of the site and the clear improvement in the quality of the writing on it. Damjan became well-known in many professional circles around Beijing for his groundbreaking and at-times hilarious reporting on Asia Health Care Blog which covered topics some were wary to cover. He also may have even attracted a few enemies for some of his investigative reporting (a great sign for a serious blogger). I continue to visit Asia Health Care Blog daily and get the RSS feeds, because of the quality of the topics and ideas Damjan and James report on, as well as the humor and intelligence they inject it with.
Damjan and I have become acquainted vis a vis our common passion for writing about Asia's healthcare markets. Damjan demonstrates exceptional initiative, the ability to debate the various controversial issues with clear logic and understanding of the subtleties implicit in this domain, and is especially impressive considering his status as a recent graduate with limited experience in the domain. He was also very generous in his advice on helping me build our blog at Clearstate and I will always appreciate that.
Damjan is an extroverted and visionary manager. I've visited The Kro's Nest multiple times in the past 6 months; each successive time the venue continued to flourish from Damjan's creativity and leadership.
Damjan is one of the most outstanding individuals I have ever encountered. Spend enough time with him and you'll probably end up learning to bowl a 180+, rap, think more for yourself, love, and dress. Or, at least that's been my experience. I highly commend this guy. //
Bull City Lawyer is a firm with three attorneys, all focused on immigration matters. Collectively, we speak six languages fluently, including Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Serbian, and French. Aside from our attorneys, our staff work alongside our clients to get every bit of potential squeezed out of a case. We promise that you will feel welcomed.
Damjan is an experienced litigator in front of immigration courts in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Stewart Detention Center. He is one of a small handful of clients that practices in person at Stewart Detention Center, and this has become a firm-wide rule for the other Bull City Lawyer attorneys. Simply put, we feel that a client cannot be adequately represented without being face to face with a judge and forcing that judge to make a decision with both the client and the client's advocate in the courtroom. Aside from litigation experience, Damjan also has extensive experience working on 601a waivers, family petitions both domestic and via consulates, and H-2B visa certifications for businesses.
Damjan founded the Bull City Lawyer immigration and small business law boutique after a successful, nearly decade-long career as a business consultant and legal counsel in Asia, the last four years of which were as a partner with Rubicon Strategy Group, the leading consulting group for multi-national healthcare companies entering and operating in Southeast Asia.
A Wordpress developer and a lawyer, he is internationally recognized for his work and research on international markets, and once wrote a financial column for Japan's Nikkei Asian Review. He is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, conversant in French, and is a native speaker of the primary language of the former-Yugoslavia.
His work with immigrant communities has been covered by a range of noteworthy publications, including the award-winning Scalawag, and Mijente Que Pasa, North Carolina's largest Spanish-language newspaper and online news source.
