  I hired Ms Henry in 2018 due to a car accident, where the other party’s insurance company did not want to pay for anything. I suffered injuries, and was completely lost, and knew nothing about the law and what options I had. She stepped in and negotiated with the insurance company, and I received a very nice settlement. A few months later I was in a hit and run where my vehicle was totaled. Again, suffering injuries and not knowing what to do, I immediately called Ms. Henry. Due to not having a vehicle, bills fell behind, and I had nowhere to turn to. Ms Henry went to work immediately and was able to get my insurance company to cooperate and again she was able to get me a very nice settlement to where I was able to replace my vehicle, plus catch up with all of my bills. She had great communication through both cases and kept me up to date with the progress of my cases. She made me feel like she truly cared for me in my time of despair.

  I hired Crystal in Oct 2018 due to my old apartments trying to not honor my 60 day notice and charge me for a month after the leave date on my written notice. I contacted Crystal to review case and she responded quickly with my options which was a Cease and Desist Letter. Once I hired Crystal, she was very prompt with her turn around time. The whole process from me contacting her to her sending off the letter took place in less than a week and half. Her communication through the ordeal was great and the pricing was very reasonable. Once she sent out the letter, I have not heard anything from my old apartments. No bill, no phone calls, nothing. I most definitely recommend her and would use her services again.
