Craig Minko is a partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.'s Ft. Lauderdale East office. He concentrates his practice on state and federal civil litigation matters, including general civil litigation, business/commercial law, condominium and homeowners’ association law, directors and officers, civil rights law, employment and labor law, product liability, professional malpractice, and premises liability.
Mr. Minko received his undergraduate degree in Management, graduating cum laude, from Binghamton University. He attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, graduating in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, he served as the Executive Editor of Nova Law Review, Volume 34, and was a recipient of the Nova Merit Scholarship. Mr. Minko also received Book Awards for obtaining the Highest Grade in Constitutional Law and Advanced Legal Research.
