About

I love my job and what I do.
I specialize in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. I represent and advocate for clients in San Diego and Imperial county who need help applying, appealing, and going before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at a Hearing level. I've handled numerous cases including having represented over 100 clients at the Hearing level. My goal is to make the process of obtaining SSDI and SSI benefits as easy, smooth, and successful as possible. This includes handling appeals, paperwork, miscellaneous issues, expediting the processing of a claim, preparing forms for doctors to fill out, preparing and gathering medical evidence and other documentation, preparing clients for Hearings, and appealing an ALJ's decision.
Some history about me: I obtained my undergraduate and master's degree in psychology from Humboldt State University, and I obtained my law degree from California Western School of Law here in San Diego. My passion for this field of law literally began when I was a 13 year old working with and helping my Father, Anthony DeLellis, Esq. at DeLellis and Associates. While attending California Western School of Law, I was directly mentored by my Father, who has over 30 years of experience in succesfully representing SSDI and SSI claims, on how to do the same.
