When I thought I had a legal claim I reached out to Connor for help. Connor immediately investigated it and found out that my claim was much bigger than I thought. Connor quickly sent a demand and in less than a couple months the matter was resolved. I was surprised how quick and painless the whole ordeal was. I know he did a great job and I cannot recommend his services enough! 6 out of 5 stars!

I had bought a 2013 [redacted] and over the past few years I have had several serious issues with it...The engine shut off while driving! Despite having it “fixed” at [redacted] multiple times they finally advised me they were unable to “duplicate” the problem and to let them know if the problem occurred again. I needed an attorney to represent me and I decided to hire Conner Olsen after speaking to him. He was very knowledgeable regarding the laws and he discussed everything with me in a manner in which I could understand, in layman terms. He had past experience dealing with the Lemon Law and he was able to provide me with a play by play of what would occur and what all my options were. Mr. Olsen also kept me abreast of the lawsuit and let me decide how involvement I wanted to partake in prior to the settlement. Due to the well written out lawsuit, [redacted] repurchased my vehicle within weeks, rather then the typical months, and we did not have to go to jury trail. Hopefully I never have this issue again with my new vehicle; however, if I did I would definitely hire Mr. Olsen again!

I handle a wide array of litigation matters in both federal and state courts focusing primarily on plaintiff-side employment litigation, whether based on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or wage and hour. I understand that most of my clients come to me at a hard time in their lives when paying for an attorney is not possible. I take great pride in being able to serve these clients on a contingency basis, meaning that they are not charged an upfront hourly rate, and more often than not, I’m able to advance all litigation costs. In my view, this places my clients on equal footing with their much larger employers who are able to spend thousands – if not hundreds of thousands – of dollars on their big firm legal defenses.
In addition to employment litigation, I also have significant experience in all types of business disputes and consumer protection cases, including what is commonly referred to as “lemon law.”
My insights into the legal system, together with the skills and knowledge I possess, come from my previous experience at large national law firms, where I represented numerous Fortune500 companies, but ultimately became disillusioned with the idea of always defending the “Big Guys.” Since founding my own small firm in 2016, I have enjoyed working closely with clients to narrowly tailor my efforts to best match their goals. As my firm grows, so too does my commitment to each client and I will continue to measure the success of my firm based solely on the success and vindication of my clients’ claims and rights.
