  I have had the pleasure of working for Cynthia at both Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. Working for Cynthia was an extreme pleasure for me because she was engaged, informative and empowering.   I first met Cindy when encouraged to join a book club she started at Home Depot called WILD (Women In Leadership Development). I was amazed at how the women hung on every word of advice Cindy gave. She is a profound speaker who really knows how to encourage and guide people to be their best. I had the pleasure of working for Cindy a year after first meeting her. She gave us leeway to find creative solutions while keeping us focused on results.
