Christopher J. Donovan, Esq. was General Counsel for our real estate renovation company. Christopher drafted, reviewed, negotiated and resolved disputes over contracts, loan docs and offerings relating to transactions in: real estate, mortgage lending, and securities. He accomplished legal matters, including escrows, underwriting, title, and closings.
