Mr Fiorentino provided thoughtful advice as he lead me thought a tricky contract issue. He negotiated a reasonable solution to a thorny problem. He was able to avoid a court room battle which is often the best of all outcomes.
In September of 2013 my father George was killed by a motor vehicle while walking his dog. Given the tragic and unexpected nature of this accident, it was an extremely emotional ordeal for my family. In 2017 Chris Fiorentino represented my family in a personal injury case related to my dad’s accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our case. In particular, I feel that a critical turning point in my dad’s trial materialized during Chris’s examination of a key witness – a state police trooper who was an expert in accident reconstruction analysis. Chris’s examination of this witness clearly and concisely boiled my dad’s case down to a simple algebra word problem that used facts and science to prove what happened on that day. Chris’s strategic line of questioning allowed the state trooper to demonstrate his expert knowledge to walk thru the math calculations involved in reconstructing the events of that day. In my opinion, the path Chris took to demonstrate to the jury that the state trooper was highly credible and credentialed, had particular expertise in the field of accident reconstruction, and was able to provide a simple and unequivocal explanation of the probability and likelihood of what happened to my dad that day proved to be the difference in the result of our case. My father was a kind and gentle man who treated everyone with respect, and that is exactly how Chris treated all the different personalities involved in this case. In addition to his prowess in the courtroom, Chris was extremely gifted at helping manage the emotions my family went thru in having to re-live the details of my dad’s accident in a public forum. I have no doubt that the professionalism and courtesy Chris showed to my family and all parties involved in our case would have made my father proud. I highly recommend Chris Fiorentino to anyone seeking legal services, and in particular in the field of personal injury.
Chris is an extyremely good writer, a thorough researcher, and has excellent legal intuition. He is also extremely nice, has an excellent work ethic, and has a marvelous sense of humor. I could not ask for a nicer or brighter person with whom to work.
Chris was my student in Legal Practice Skills (a required first year course) as well as my research assistant during the summer of 2011. Chris is a strong legal analyst who is mature, intelligent and hard-working. As an LPS student, he performed very well on each and every assignment. He also took the time to ask great questions, which not only improved his understanding, but helped his classmates to learn as well. I am only able to hire one research assistant a year and I selected Chris for the summer of 2011. As a research assistant, he was outstanding in terms of his research skills and his ability to work with me to think through problems. His work ethic was fantastic, as was his dedication to helping our project come to fruition. I give him my highest recommendation.
Chris joined our work group as an interim step to his next career phase and filled a temporary position from a leave of absence. It immediately became apparent that Chris is a driven and engaging team contributor. He professionally questions the status quo and effectively proposes solutions based on fact based root cause analysis. He is very quick to learn both subject matter knowledge and business culture. Chris has offered mentoring and technical education that will be of long term benefit to our department.
I had the pleasure to work with Christopher Fiorentino during his employment with KBR. As I began to utilize Mr. Fiorentino for special projects, it was quickly identified he was a very dependable with all tasks assigned; requiring little to no supervision and providing excellent products. Result driven, open minded, energetic and a well educated person with a very strong work ethic - that's him! Highly motivated, self motivated, broad-minded and independent co-worker with a great skill to analyze and summarize ideas. Hard working employee who easily understands complex matters even when outside of his direct area of expertise. If you ever need someone to deliver under pressure, no slip-ups, just results, Christopher Fiorentino is your man!
I first came to work with Chris as we partnered on a large scale training project in the Fall / Winter of 2008. It was immediately apparent to me that Chris is a tremendous collaborator with natural relationship-building skills--two qualities that are increasingly rare. This is particularly remarkable in Chris, as we were separated geographically and all of our communication took place over email and phone. In spite of the inherent disadvantages of communication through a technological medium, Chris has always been friendly, throughly professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. He was fast to respond to all of my inquries and his information was always letter perfect. Chris is fiercely intelligent, quick to grasp both new problems as well as potential solutions and open to input from the rest of the team. He was instrumental in making our collaborative project a success, which was completed ahead of schedule with zero data defects. I attribute all of that success to his work ethic--wholly unmatched among his peers. I can without hesitation say that Chris would be an invaluable asset to any organization fortunate enough to have him.
