  I have known Mr. Erich for the past four years as both a colleague and close friend. Mr. Erich has an excellent track record for identifying client's needs over their wants, as often the two interests may be countervailing. I observed Mr. Erich develop his craft and has become one of the brightest Business Attorneys around while also sharpening his litigation skills. It will be a disservice if I do not discuss Mr. Erich's acumen. Mr. Erich has superior research skills which have benefitted him throughout Law School as well as his excellent analytical skills which continue to be his stock-in-trade. As a result, it sets him apart as a new member of the Florida Bar and Attorney-at-Law. Mr. Erich can process large volumes of information quickly and formulate an effective strategy for whatever legal matter lands on his desk. Moreover, he is personable and connects with his clients not as a lawyer but as a human-being. He quickly earns the trust of every client with whom he works it. As colleagues, Mr. Erich is by far one of the best legal writers I know, who can produce the most compelling briefs, motions, and legal arguments. He delivers the full package day-in and day-out. Furthermore, he has a strong sense of community because throughout our Law School years he partnered with me offering Pro-Bono legal services to help people who would have otherwise not have been able to afford legal counsel. Mr. Erich treated each Pro-Bono client the same way he now treats his paying clients – with respect, honesty, dignity, compassion, and with a strong sense of faith, and reason. Lastly, if I ever decided not to represent myself in a legal matter, Mr. Erich would be the first and only counsel of choice, I would want to represent me.
