Should you find yourself in need of an attorney, without hesitation I would highly recommend the services of Chris Polaszek. The descriptions aggressive, high motivated, savvy/smart litigator get used to frequently in radio ads and commercials these days. Not only does Chris truly have all of these qualities but he is relentless in his pursuit of justice for his clients. If you want an attorney that will fight for you, take you calls pretty much at any hour and have a deeply vested interest in not only your case but you as a person that has been wronged then you have the right guy! In all sincerity he is an unbelievable attorney but even a better person and that is extremely rare these days.
I worked very closely with Chris as he helped me with multiple litigation related matters regarding investments and real estate projects. He was absolutely great to work with
Chris is simply an outstanding attorney. Incredibly smart and strategic, creative and conscientious, talented and thoughtful. From poring over countless documents, to retaining and utilizing the most minute detail of information, Chris will leave no stone unturned in your fight. As a client, I can tell you that you will be hard-pressed to find another lawyer who will genuinely care so much, and work so hard, to achieve the outcome you are seeking in your matter. Incidentally, he has the gift of being relentless, yet an incredibly likable guy at the same time. Phenomenal to work with, I would hire him again in an instant.
He is a superb attorney, very thorough, honest and punctual. He brings great strength and dedication to solving complex legal problems. A pleasure to work with as co-counsel, I would not hesitate to associate with him again on any project. Impeccable integrity as well.

His education (Finance, MBA, JD, and LL.M. in Securities Regulation) and professional experience on Wall Street (Solomon Brothers - Equity Research), and Capitol Hill (Sen.
