Chelsea Merta is handling my divorce case with children. I don't think I could have chosen a better attorney. She keeps you update the entire time and offers great advice. I have given her my opinion on how I want things to go and have followed her advice the entire time. She has great knowledge on the court system works and if you are honest with her and follow her lead you can't lose. I will definitely be contacting her if I ever need an attorney again.

Chelsea was retained to continue a long-running post-divorce custody/visitation battle. She had previous experience with the case, tho we experienced a gap in representation. Nonetheless, Chelsea resumed representation at full speed, and seemingly better equipped to counter-attack a hostile and aggressive Petitioner. In fact, we were very pleased with the proactive actions she persued...something I believe was highly effective at slowing the petitioner's aggresive actions. In the end we 'won' by ceasation of hostilities by the petitioner. I retain great confidence in her ability to push hard, stand strong, respond professionally-aggressive and confidently, and to avoid playing defense, but stay 'on offense' when this was likely the only way to deter the aggressor. I'm a satisfied customer.

I represent clients in the St. Louis metro area, as well as Jefferson County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, Lincoln County, Montgomery County, and the Missouri Bootheel. I am willing and able to travel beyond these areas, however in order to repersent clients whose legal needs require my services.
