  I meant to write this recommendation a few weeks back but became sidetracked by a work emergency. The recommendations that have come in during the interim attest to the universally high regard in which Chelo is held. The recommendations repeatedly point to Chelo's unique and keen insight, her ability to quickly work through difficult situation, her ability to maintain good humor, as well as her collaborative nature.   Chelo's has a unique insight when it comes to handling commercial real estate finance work gained after having practiced law for more than 10 years with top law firms in the country and then having put in as many years handling high level CRE finance in-house work. As outside counsel, I have known and worked with Chelo for years and have always been impressed by the analytical, direct and practical approach to issue resolution. An in-house counsel who handles legal work in that way will ultimately save a great deal of money to its employer and Chelo has certainly done that in her current capacity with C-III.
