Mr. Kramer handled my company's trademark filings, renewings, and helped me protect my trademark from another company's infringement. He not only reminded me when to do filings, but handled everything for me. I had three separate trademark registrations at one point and he helped me understand, in layman's terms, exactly what I needed to do and provide. When I was close to a deadline he gently prodded me to take action and broke everything down in easily digestible tasks. I had numerous questions along the way and he replied to each one in a very timely fashion and with excellent detail. We were successful in defending my mark thanks to Mr. Kramer. I've dealt with many lawyers through my 18years of running a small business and Mr. Kramer was by far the most patient and reliable and I always felt that he went the extra mile for me. With all that said, and considering the level of care received, you might imagine he costs a fortune, but he doesn't! I found him to be very reasonably priced.
Charles B. Kramer is an exemplary attorney. As a new author, I needed a strong Confidentiality contract written, and he did a superior job. I also plan to continue working with him while I'm searching for a publisher. In addition to him being extremely knowledgeable, he has outstanding interpersonal skills and is easy to communicate with. He is a role model for other attorneys. I'm fortunate to have him as my legal advisor.

Charles has provided me with legal representation on several trademark related actions throughout 2012 and 2013 and done an exceptional job. I highly recommend Charles for any of your legal work.
Charles is intimately familiar with Trademark and Copyright law. We have used him on numerous occasions for all our trademark applications, as well as other legal work. He is personable and has deep knowledge and understanding of legal issues in software.
I found Charles Kramer knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain complex concepts in plain English. He consistently struck a balance between a fair legal opinion, and aggressively representing my interests. Charles analyzed each facet of the problem, and developed expert, creative alternatives about how to approach them. I highly recommend Charles Kramer for matters involving copyright and licensing.
I had the pleasure of working with Charles at OSS Nokalva where Charles was the company's General Counsel. Charles' legal knowledge, quality of work, and negotiation skills were superior. He wrote and negotiated complex license agreements for our US and global clients. Charles easily grasped the technical concepts of the ASN.1 software and was instrumental in our ability to negotiate and close sales with our clients. I highly recommend Charles and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
Charles Kramer is a knowledegable and experienced lawyer with particular expertise in licensing. He is well regarded by his peers and adored by his clients.
I worked with Charles at Lord, Day and Lord and was on the New York City Bar Association Computer Law Committee with him. He is a very smart, conscientious attorney who has successfully run his own practice for a number of years. Any client would be in very good hands if they retained Charles.
