Charlie advised my husband and me that a bankrupcy was not going to be helpful resolving our financial situation. However, he did suggest alternatives that would address specific concerns we had regarding our future plans. Since we originally went to him thinking our only recourse was bankrupcy, we were impressed his advice was not to spend more time and money pursuing something that would only benefit an attorney, and not the client.

The guys are wonderful people to work with and they are very accessible and always willing to answer any questions you may have no matter how stupid you think they may be. I will definately recommend they and use them again if needed in the future.
