Caroline is very thorough and persistent to make sure complex concepts are clearly documented and clearly memorialized in contract documents. Caroline conducts extraordinary analysis to bring the facts to the team. I can't tell you the number of times Caroline made our Team look good. She has a strong legal working knowledge and demonstrated experience in complex IT and business process outsourcing services, application software, various hosting techniques, bundled and unbundled billing components, SLAs, performance management methodologies and other dimensions to complex, long duration outside processing arrangements. It would be easy for our Suppliers to "out-detail us" but not with Caroline on our side. Caroline is kind, but the right level of assertiveness in her position with business colleagues.
