  I entered into a contract to lease some real estate. The owner was very difficult and changed the contract every time Mr. Frankovitch amended it for me. He persevered until we achieved the contract that suited my needs. He always took my calls or returned them in an urgent manner as we were under time restraints. I am completely satisfied with the time and attention that Mr. Frankovitch afforded me in a time that was very important to my career. I will absolutely utilize this law firm in the future.

  I met with Mr. Frankovitch over a problem with an unopened estate that owed me some money and the money had been paid to another person and I needed help trying to correct this wrong. Carl was first class and explained everything that could happen and everything might not happen. He handled my case with the utmost professionalism and was able to get me the money that I was entitled too.
