I can not stand attorneys or the system, I guess you could say I have no faith. I contacted Brian in desperation while trying to get a hold of a deadbeat beat attorney. Brian was very informative, he listened to me and by the end of our phone call I asked him to please help me and take over my case. He has not let me down. He returns my phone calls, answers my emails and keeps me up to date every couple of days. I couldn't ask for a better person to represent me and I would recommend him to anyone! He cares about people and he fights for you. I am so, so, so thankful and you will be too!

Well, first off Brian is very professional and does an awesome job!. He always communicates with you which is hard to find in a attorney. Brian is amazing!!!!!! He explained everything to me in advance and got me the medical treatment I needed, and got my case resolved in a very timely matter. I will recommend him to any and everyone that is in need of an attorney!!!!

I attended Biola University (La Mirada, CA) from 1999 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science Information Systems (Computer Programming and Business). After college, I spent two years working with computers and technology; it was during this time I decided to pursue an exciting career in law.
After leaving a career in the technology industry, I attended Whittier Law School (Costa Mesa, CA) from 2004 to 2007. I focused on the field of intellectual property (Copyrights, Trademarks, and Patents) and on criminal prosecution. I enjoyed a year working for the Orange County District Attorney's Office as a Certified Law Clerk.
I am dedicated to helping hard-working individuals exercise their legal rights against the big and powerful insurance industry and governmental entities. My trademark is "fighting for the Average Joe."
